the Training Program, “Classroom Management and Pedagogical Benchmarking
in the New Normal” was indeed a success since most of the indicators gathered
outstanding ratings. Consequently, it was noted that the training was informative
and fun, the set of speakers are very knowledgeable about their topics while the
venue was conducive to learning, and the set of served meals was good and healthy.

 Hence, the Rating of indicator (1) Sessions and Facilitators receives a General
Rating of 3.94 out of 4.00 the same as indicator (2) Daily Operations of the
Training while the rating for indicator (3) Analysis of the Program Evaluation
(Program Objectives, Traning Sites, and Meals) receives a rating of 3.96.
Relatively, there was no noted Critical Incident in the conduct of the training. This
high outcome is relative to the notions that the selected facilitators and speakers are
well-rounded and seasoned facilitators.

 It was noted by the participants that the training showcased an avenue to learn,
unlearn and relearn. One of the topics makes everyone believe in the notion that
“we live in an era where technology has changed the way we live and work”
and as educators, we must coincide with the new system and must adjust to the
needs of society and the needs of modern learners. Indeed, it is a new era that
demands changes in the usual practice in the school but a logical teacher is still in
demand and paramount in educating this generation.

General Comments and Issues Encountered

 Relative to the implementation of the approval of the training there are other pieces
of training that were also organized and approved. With this, the facilitating team re-
arranged the order of the topics to ensure that the speakers will be given time to hop
from one training to another. But this did not affect the facilitation of topics nor the
delivery of the given topics to the speakers and this is supported by the received
high ratings.

 All the speakers showcased their expertise as they share their knowledge,
experience, and practices. The training is indeed an avenue for learning, unlearning,
and relearning both for the participants and speakers. It was noted that the (1)
VARK model was new to them but they find it useful so as to the (2) Community of
Practice and (3) Lesson Study.

 It was commendable that the facilitators utilized actual classes and let the
participants witness genuine learning and application of the Lesson Study, this was
conducted on the last day at Bititong Elementary School which is a nearby school
from the venue.

 Prior to the implementation of the Training, a series of meetings were conducted to

ensure that the training will address the needs of the teachers and it will be
addressing perennial problems.
