REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

CADAVER LIFT
DLSMC ER Expansion Project Phase 2

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

On behalf of DLSMC, we would like to request for a Proposal for the supply, installation and
maintenance of One (1) Cadaver Lift.

We attach the drawing provided by the Architect for your reference.

The Proposal should include the following specifications and scope of work:

1. One stop, 2850mm (from lower ground to upper ground), please verify the actual
dimensions at the site.
2. Clear inner dimensions of the shaft: 1600mm x 2500mm, please verify the actual
dimensions at the site.
3. These dimensions are obtained from the Architect’s drawing, please verify actual.
4. The car opens on the long side, as shown in the drawing, with accordion-type Door.
5. Stainless Steel interior walls, homogenous tile flooring for easy maintenance.
6. The intended occupants in the car will only be the cadaver stretcher and the orderly pushing
the stretcher.
7. The lift is intended to be machine-room less.
8. Intended operation of the lift is the end of January 2023.
9. The Proposal should include 3 years of FREE Service, parts, and preventive maintenance.
10. The walls and doors of the lift should be sufficient to protect the passengers from extending
any part of their body out of the car while the car is in motion.
11. Door shall be manually operated.
