The meeting started with a prayer led by a parent. It was then followed by the election of Homeroom
PTA Officers for the school year 2022-2023. After the election, the adviser then comprehensively discussed
the school rules and regulations to the parents. It was also emphasized to the meeting the same rules and
regulations were already discussed to the learners during the first day of classes. And that their signature in
the handbook means that they are informed, and they agreed to it. Parents are also encouraged to sign to the
said handbook as a proof of their presence during the discussion. The parents were also reminded about the
grading system or the DepEd K-12 Assessment. They are also informed that the grading system in this
school year, during the blended and face to face classes will be the same grading system used even before
the pandemic. Afterwards, the teacher presented suggestions about the HRPTA project. This project was
also presented to the learners, and they agreed to it as if offers benefits to them. After the discussion of the
benefits of having water dispenser in the classroom, the parents then agreed to the said HRPTA Project for
the SY 2021-2022.
Other important reminders were also presented to parents. Parents and guardians of the transferees
were informed about the form 137 of their child as well as the birth certificate. Most of the parents/guardians
during the orientation before the opening of classes agreed to wear the school uniform during the school
days and that everyone is given one month to avail school uniforms. Parents and guardians were also
notified that there are limited chairs as the enrollment increased and that first come first serve rule will be
applied. The parents then agreed to it.
