Dear Vice Chairperson Bernardo:

Kindly accept this letter as my formal resignation, and will vacate my position as Accounting
Analyst at the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), effective one month from today’s date.

This year my financial obligations have increased: unfortunately, my salary here has not been
able to keep up with these demands. As a result, I have been forced to reconsider my
employment here and have concluded that it would be best for me to seek employment with a
company equipped to meet my financial requirements. Despite this, it is with mixed emotions
that I have accepted a position elsewhere that carries a higher salary with possibilities for future
advancement.

I express my deepest gratitude for the support and opportunities NAPOLCOM gave me during
my stay. I have truly enjoyed my tenure here, especially the Financial Service and the
professional relationship I have built with my colleagues.

When my resignation date arrives, I expect all my current obligations will be fulfilled.
