1. Tumang was a human who was cursed by a witch to

become a dog, Tumang married Dayang Sumbi because
when Dayang Sumbi was sewing and one of the tools
fell and Dayang Sumbi screamed for help to anyone to
take the tool and not long after that someone came to
help her si tumang (a dog finder who is actually a
human). so that Dayang Sumbi was interested in him
and wanted to marry him because he wanted to help
her.
2. Sangkuriang only knew that Tumang was his loyal pet
dog.
3. Sangkuriang killed Tumang because when
Sangkuriang was looking for the heart of a deer for his
mother, he did not find a deer in the forest. However,
Sangkuriang had a bad idea, namely to kill Tumang and
take his heart to give to his mother. because he thought
that Tumang was just a dog but Tumang was
Sangkuriang's father. Sangkuriang did not know that the
dog was his father, because his mother hid the secret.
the secret is that a dog (Tumang) will turn into a human
if he is by Dayang Sumbi's side. so Sangkuriang did not
know that his father was a human who was cursed by a
witch to become a dog.
4. After Sangkuriang gave the dog's heart, he gave the
heart to his mother and said that he had got the heart of
a deer. However, her mother knew that the heart was not
that of a deer but that of her husband (Sangkuriang's
father). And immediately, Dayang Sumbi took a stick of
wood and hit Sangkuriang's forehead until he was
seriously injured. And Dayang Sumbi drove Sangkuriang
out of his house and from his village.
5. Sangkuriang could not finish the ship because when
Dayang Sumbi was worried that Sangkuriang would
finish everything, so he prayed to god to help him so that
Sangkuriang could not finish the task. Suddenly, the
eastern horizon lit up and morning came. Sangkuriang
had to stop his unfinished work.
