Cattle Feed Sale Circular

This is to inform to all the Milk Producers of Andhra Pradesh, MDAC/MDSS — members of the Andhra Pradesh
Dairy Development Cooperative Federation (APDDCF) that Sabar Dairy would like to initiate the supply of
25kg cattle feed bag to farmers on a cost basis. Currently, there are increasing animal feed costs, Sabar Dairy
is eager to enhance milk procurement in the Andhra Pradesh state for the well-being of the farmers. Most of
the milk producers are interested in getting cattle feed because Compound cattle feed is an essential
constituent of ration for dairy animals in the milk shed area. Most of the macro and micronutrients to meet
animals' requirements are provided by compound feed. We will supply 25 kg-cattle feed bags directly to the
society level and transportation costs will be bear by Sabar Dairy.

➢ The total amount of the cattle feed bag will be deducted from the farmer milk payment.
➢ After receiving cattle feed at the society level secretary must send back a duly signed
acknowledgment slip. MDAC/MDSS should need to maintain one copy of the acknowledgment slip
at the society level.
➢ You should raise your cattle feed demand with your letterhead or written to respective milk collection
center.
➢ When our Akashganga team provide a provision for creating a demand for the cattle feed bags
through the Akashganga software then all MDAC/MDSS will have a need to put the order through
the Akashganga portal.
