Guidelines for onward journey to Mumbai : COVID test/vaccination rules: All travellers entering Maharashtra must
carry either a final COVID vaccination certificate (both doses done) OR a negative RT PCR report with a sample
taken within 72 hours before arrival. RT-PCR test timeline starts from the swab collection time. Negative RT-PCR
test report is not required for fully vaccinated travellers to enter Maharashtra. Travellers might not be allowed to
board their flights if they are not carrying a valid test report/vaccination certificate. Thermal screening will be done
for all travellers. For Mumbai: In exceptional cases like family distress, etc., testing may be allowed on arrival at

Guidelines for return journey to Ahmedabad : Documents Required: Domestic travellers from other states going to
Surat must fill and submit the Novel Corona Self-Reporting Form online and download the SMC COVID-19
Tracker app. All travellers coming from Maharashtra and Kerala must either carry their COVID vaccination
certificate (2 doses taken) or a negative RT-PCR test report with sample taken within 72 hours before arrival.
Travellers from other states can travel without restrictions. For SURAT: ALL travellers arriving in Surat from
anywhere in India, must either carry their COVID vaccination certificate (2 doses taken) or a negative RT-PCR
test report with sample taken within 72 hours before arrival.Test on Arrival: If travellers exhibit any symptoms (cold
/cough etc), they must take a self-paid RAT on arrival.Quarantine Guidelines: None, as long as all tests are
negative. If a test is positive, local health authorities will dictate quarantine terms. For Kerala and Maharashtra:
Unvaccinated travellers may be adviced by medical teams to self-monitor their health for 15 days and send the
