Conference Room

Conference room should always be located for proximity to the user within the building and
for accessibility to outside guests. Since conference room is typically serves to communicate to
other firm, a high quality of materials or finishes should be used.

Finishes
Carpet floor, acoustical wall panels, or fabric wall coverings and acoustical ceilings should
be used. Whenever it is possible, avoid using distractive color or patterns on walls in which can
cause decrease focal emphasis on tables, seating, and speaker or projection area.

Lighting

For lighting system of the conference room, a parabolic lens fluorescent with less glare. Use
dimming switches for this kind of space.

Mechanical

For this kind of space of the ICT building, provide a minimum of eight (8) air changes per
hour plus a minimum of 10 cu.ft/min. of outside air per person for odor-free air and good
ventilation. A need for exhaust system to be manually controlled from the room.
