The company has to revoke some benefits for employees

Revoking some benefits because of the economic crisis

This report looks into the questions of revoking some benefits for employees due to the economic
crisis and its benefits to save money for the company. ( a címet fogalmazod bele az első mondatba,
illetve a feladatot)

I have examined four main factors that ( not which) we have to take into consideration before
making our final decision.

1. Benefits have been received so far


Benefits for managers and engineers are different than other employees. The management
gets company phones, laptops, and cars and the company pays the gas too. Employees, who
work hard and successful in the whole year, get the annual bonus what is an extra monthly
payment.
2. Saving money with measures
We can reduce expenditures if we will cancel the annual bonus but it is not the best way to
save money for the company.
3. Compensation
Employees' dissatisfaction can be reduced if we can compensate for them with free training,
language course, or partial financing of travel costs.
4. Other opportunities
I have found that the best way to save money for the company is if we organize video
conferences instead of traveling abroad or we can reduce team-building events too.
Based on my finding I recommend that we have to revoke traveling aboard and team-building
instead of canceling the annual bonus because our employees get disappointed and might leave our
company.
