1. Why is demographic a important element in community?

Demographics is essentially the study of population dynamics it's a crucial tool in the
decision-making process for governments and other organizations since it allows them to
"predict" future problems and enact more suitable policies. Demography's significance
stems from its role in assisting government and society in better preparing for the issues
and demands of population growth, aging, and migration. To learn about the population's
size, composition, organization, and distribution, to investigate the population growth
trend, which describes the past, present, and future changes in a population, and to
examine many aspects of social factors such as educational attainment, work status, and
living standards, among others.

2. Why do you need to know the culture of the community you will immerse with?

We may learn about each other by immersing ourselves in cultures different than our own
where people came from, what their traditions are, and what they deal with as a group. It
also encourages us to question our own beliefs about our daily lives and routines,
resulting in tremendous personal growth. Perhaps we'll learn something new about our
culture as a result of this.

3. What is the importance of community immersion?

Community immersion as a whole does not consider poverty to be a community problem;

rather, it focuses on education, health, safety, disaster management, sports and recreation,
environmental services, entrepreneurship and citizenship morality, and other
social/general welfare problems. It not only empowers the youth, but it also promotes
community solidarity. As a result, it instills in the youth the values of Makadiyos,
Makatao, Makabayan, and Makalikasan citizenship.

4. As a student how can you help improving the way of living of the community?

First, volunteer in your neighborhood or organization nearly every nonprofit or

community organization in your area could use some help, for example, volunteering at
clean-up days at a park, river, or beach, providing meals at a soup kitchen or homeless
shelter. Second, recycle and compost as much as possible by recycling and composting as
much of your garbage as possible, you may contribute to improving the situation, and
conserve energy and water-saving energy and water is beneficial to the environment both
globally and locally conserve energy and water as much as possible, and you'll be
investing in the long-term health of the town. Help it develop, it feels more alive helping
your community improve the lives of your friends, family, and other local residents and if
you look around and observe that the neighborhood has a lot of issues, there's no better
time than now to start correcting them. It will improve as you pour more love into it.
