Wheelchairs, electric carts, and baby strollers
can be rented at four locations in Fair Park.
The cost is $25 for a wheelchair, $20 for a
single stroller, $25 for a double stroller,
$20 for a wagon and $65 for an electric cart
(8 A.M.-10 P.M.) and $40 (after 6 P.M.).
Personal storage lockers are available for $5
for patrons wanting to store items during their
time at the Fair. Reservations must be made

BIG TEX GAME CARDS
Game cards are used for Midway games
only. The cards are reloadable and are sold
at booths throughout the Midway. All major
credit cards are accepted.
COUPONS
Coupons are used to pay for food and rides at
the Fair. Self-service and full-service booths
sell coupons for $1 each and are located
throughout the grounds. All major credit cards
are accepted. For guests who have purchased
coupon vouchers online in advance, there are
specific booth locations that are designated
for exchanging your voucher for coupons.
Coupons are nonrefundable.
INFORMATION
Eleven information centers are located
throughout the park. Friendly Tex Team
members are on duty to answer questions and
help with maps and directions.
SIGN INTERPRETATION
Sign language interpretation is offered for
select shows. Please visit bigtex.com/schedule
for more details.

First Aid Stations are located in the Coliseum
and on 1st Avenue adjacent to the Children’s
Aquarium. If in need of immediate assistance,
locate a State Fair employee, or call

Fairgoers with questions or concerns can visit
one of two Guest Relations offices on the
fairgrounds. Guest Relations Centennial is
located in the Centennial building and closes
at 9 p.m. Guest Relations Midway is located
near the Top o’ Texas Tower on the Midway,
and is open until the Midway closes. Guest
Relations Midway also houses the services
listed in the column to the right.
