Grand Knight’s Report

Dear Brother Knights
Lent will soon be here and Shrove Tuesday.
Our Lady of Hope will be having a pancake
dinner on February 21st, Shrove Tuesday, I
have offered to help with this upcoming
dinner. Any help you can provide will be
greatly appreciated. The dinner is still in the
planning stages and I hope to get together
with the social committee soon.
As we know, Lent is a time of prayer and
preparation for the Great Easter Tridium. As a
child, growing up, my family would say the
Rosary every day. So much is happening in
our world today that we really do need to
make Lent a time of prayer.
Our Bingo is coming up soon and more
volunteers are needed. Keep in touch with
Richard Rivard for the exact dates. Please
help wherever you can. Thank you.

District Deputy’s Report

Brother Knights,

In the month of February, the month of “love”, this may mean many things such as the love for your family,
your spouse, your children, could be also the love of the Order. Remember you reap only as much as you put
into it.

On January 29th, the exemplification at St Andrews Church will bring several new knights into the Order. I am
hoping there could be another exemplification in the month of March. Now is the time to recruit new
candidates. Plan to have recruitment drives in your parishes to bring in new members.

With Covid virus not gone but with vaccines it is not a threat as it was, and activities are ramping up again
throughout the councils. Contact your brother Knights so that we may rejuvenate our councils and ourselves
going forward.

Vivat Jesus Dennis Tomini
