Education.

ORDER

As per the Government Order read as 1st paper above Government have revised
the pay scales of the Teachers covered under AICTE scheme.Goverment as per the Government
Order read as 2nd paper have issued guidelines for implementation of the Career Advancement
Scheme and have allowed grace period upto 31/03/2014 for attaining/satisfying the CAS conditions
. Now, many faculty members under QIP deputation and holding Administrative Posts have
requested for further extension of time period for satisfying the CAS conditions. The Director of
Technical Education as per his letter read as 3rd paper above has requested to issue necessary
clarifications in this regard. The Selection Committee for CAS Placements observed that those who
are undergoing QIP or holding Administrative Post like Deputy Director, Training Officer, Technical
Officer etc, during the assessment period for placement should be given equivalent grace period to
fulfil the required conditions for Placement.

Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to allow equivalent
grace period for those who are undergoing QIP or holding Administrative Post like Deputy Director,
Training Officer, Technical Officer etc during the assessment period for placement to fulfil the
required conditions for Placement .
