Philadelphia &
Reap the benefits of in-person learning when you are a member of the Philadelphia or
San Francisco cohorts. Both are anchored in biweekly residencies on their respective
campuses every other Friday and Saturday. Residential requirements foster focused
living-and-learning environments on program weekends as you build networks
of friends and future colleagues. Wharton manages the logistics so you can
focus on your studies and your career without the distraction of administrative details.

“One of the things I was looking for was flexibility. I was still active duty in
the military, so I asked myself: how could I go to school, gain as much
information and knowledge as I possibly could, and not pause in my
career? Wharton’s San Francisco campus offered all of those things
and more. One of the things that really stood out to me was the
opportunity to talk to other people in the private sector. I really wanted
the chance to engage with a diverse group of people from a wide
range of industries and backgrounds. It was really rewarding to be part
of a group who is invested in your success as much as you are
in their success.”
“My experience teaching in a variety of virtual and hybrid formats during the
pandemic was a huge benefit for my in-person teaching. It forced me to
analyze what can be done as well or better online, and how to minimize the
limitations for everything else. For example, every course I teach now is a
flipped class, leveraging asynchronous delivery of basic content to
enhance the interactivity and depth of what happens in the classroom.”

Associate Professor, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
