Request for correction in the change of level during the department

transfer process.

My name is Etuka Onyinye Paula, and my registration number is 2017134107. I was a

student at the faculty of social sciences department of political science. I am writing to
raise your attention to an inaccuracy in my transfer letter.
I began my transfer procedure in January 2020, and I was discharged from the
department of political science and accepted by the department of psychology before the
covid 19 break that year. I wasn't able to conclude the transfer procedure on time due to
the long stretch over the years as a result of the covid break and strike, up until last year.
I've been attending lectures and writing tests with the department of psychology and I'm
presently in the last level, yet the transfer letter says I'm going back to the 100 level.

I hope this issue is considered.
