Our office represents Kampgrounds of America, Inc. and its affiliate Terramor
(“Terramor”) related to its proposed campground on property located along NYS Route 212 (SBL:
27.2-8-32.110 and 27.2-8-28) in the Town of Saugerties, New York (the “Project Site”). Based
on internal business decisions related to the project, Terramor has decided to formally withdraw
its site plan, special use permit and subdivision applications.

We truly appreciate the time and effort given to this project by the Planning Board and the
