Both the Reading and the professor talk about Rembrandts paintings if it will truly be a work of
remand. While the author states that it is doubtful that Rembrandt painted those paintings, the
professor indicates that if it is a work of remand in the following points.

First, In the reading, he points out about a collared garment that only servants wear, and indicates
that Rembrandt could not make that mistake, while the professor points out that this fur collar
was painted a few years later over the original painting.

Second, in the reading they refer to an error between light and shadow, both do not fit,
meanwhile the teacher says that by removing the error from the fur collar, you can see that by the
color of the collar light and shadow fit perfectly.

Finally, the wooden panel, in the reading they indicate that the painting was painted on a panel
made with several pieces of wood together, likewise the professor points out that this was done
years after the original painting to try to increase its value.

Summing up, these are the reasons why the professor affirms that the painting was painted by
Rembrandt.
