SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, MARIVIC C. DUQUE – LEE, of legal age, married, with address at

___________________________ do hereby name, constitute and appoint my brother,
LUISITO C. DUQUE also of legal age, Filipino, married and with address at 4 Buick
St, Village East Subdivision, Brgy. Sto Domingo, Cainta, Rizal, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and my name, place and stead, and for my own use
and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and deeds, namely:

1. To sign and/or execute the Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate

of my deceased aunt Anastacia R. Duque who died on December 23, 2020 at her
residence located at 415 S. Serrano Ave., Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA;

2. To perform all other acts necessary, indispensable ad/or incidental to

the abovementioned purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite and necessary to
be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes as I might
or could lawfully do if personally present or acting in person, HEREBY ratifying,
validating and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.

All other acts and deeds executed and performed which are beyond or not
germane to the authority granted herein are hereby revoked and shall not in any
manner bind the principal.
