Per DepEd Order 034, s. 2022 entitled “School Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2022-2023, the schedule of Midyear Performance Review and Evaluation (MPRE) and School-Based In-Service Training (INSET) for teaching and non-teaching staff in the schools’ district/schools is February 6-10, 2023. 2. The first two days of the five-day mid-year break shall be District-wide and will be allotted for the roll-out of the “Inclusion of Gender-Fair Messages in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment” which some selected Teachers/Master Teachers per schools district have attended on October 21- 23, 2022 in Ramon, Isabela. 3. _ The last three days shall be devoted to the conduct of the school-based INSET activities for the teachers’ continued professional development and the preparation of their Instructional Materials (IMs) 4. Topics to be discussed shall focus on the Learning Continuity Plan (LCP), specifically on these areas: . Strategies to address the needs of struggling learners in literacy and numeracy; .. Learning remediation and intervention; . Socio-emotional functioning, mental health, and well-being; and . Professional development of teachers. The chairpersons of the monitoring teams shall submit the accomplished monitoring tool to the HRDS of SGOD for consolidation and data analysis. 8. The PSDSs/DICs shall submit the Part III of the attached Monitoring and Evaluation Tool in MS Excel Format to hrd.isabela@deped.gov.ph with the subject: Name of Schools District INSET Monitoring Tool. 9. This Office, through the Human Resources Development Section reiterates the following guidelines on the submission of L&D Proposals and ‘Completion Reports for the efficient implementation of L&D Program of the SDO. 2. The said certificates shall be prepared based on the list of participants (completers) and LFs/RSs to be submitted by the Training Proponent/s.
