AFFIDAVIT

I, Romeo “Miyo” Salamilao y Taon, 59 years old, married, farmer, and

resident of Brgy. 5, Giporlos, Eastern Samar, after having been duly sworn to an
oath in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

That, last October 22, 2022 I went to a cockfighting Arena at Brgy. San Luis,
Taft Eastern Samar to participate a three (3) Cock/Stag Derby wherein I serve as a
gaffer of the entry of sir “Dodong” (PSSg Vincent R Samuray);

That, during said cockfighting derby, I was the one in charge as gaffer of our
fighting cock with our entry name “Tres Polidos GF”. That, on the second fight of our
entry, Sir “Dodong” Samuray was the one who entered the circle of the arena to
release our cockfight cock despite my reminder to him not to do it because he is a
member of the PNP and I know it is prohibited;

That, a picture was shown to me showing a person wearing with black ball
cap, stripe white T-shirt and a short pants holding a fighting cap facing to a male
person with black ball cap too, long pants jeans and brown T-shirt, and to their right
side is a bald man wearing a white T-shirt and at the back of man in the center is
also a male person with white T-shirt and short pants holding a fighting cock;

That, the man in the center wearing a white T-shirt, short pants with ball cap is
Sir “Dodong” Samuray (PSSg Vincent R Samuray). I am surely confirm that it is sir
“Dodong” Samuray considering that I was the male person on his front. And that
incident transpired last October 22, 2022 at a cockfighting arena at Brgy. San luis,
Taft, Eastern Samar during a 3 cock/stag derby;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of all the foregoing facts;
