A. Practical Test/Practicum:
1. “Create a 10-minute exercise plan that is suitable for your Body Type.”
Specific Instructions:
● Create an attainable ten-minute exercise plan that is suitable for your body type.
● Make sure that the exercise plan follows the proper execution of workout (warm-up, work-out, and cool down)
● The work-out should only be good for 10 minutes.
● Kindly fill-in the provided template below. You may add boxes if you need more.
● To determine your Body Mass Index (BMI), use this formula: [weight in kilograms/(height in meters^2)]
example:
Weight: 45 kgs.
Height: 1.51 m
BMI: [45 kgs/(1.51m^2)] = 19.74 (Round-off to the nearest hundredths)
● Once you’ve already identified your BMI, classify your result. Kindly Refer to the table below. Please take note of
your race (e.g. Asian).
