Effects Of Pollution

The introduction of contaminants into the environment's natural systems that have a negative
impact is called pollution. Pollution is a term that everyone knows. It’s very common and one of
the main problems of any country. All of this is mainly caused by human activities that harm our
environment and also our health. Therefore, an urgent government need has arisen to tackle
this issue right away. In other words, pollution is really affecting our planet, and we must
recognize these impacts in order to stop the harm. In this essay on pollution, we'll find out the
impacts of pollution as well as its possible solutions.

Exposure to high levels of air pollution can have a number of negative health effects, like
increasing the risk of lung cancer, heart disease, and respiratory illnesses. Air pollution can also
affect plants and animals; damage to plants from air pollution can be shown in a number of
ways. Injury to foliage can manifest quickly as dead tissue, or it can take longer to occur and
manifest as a yellowing or chlorosis of the leaf. Animals and humans have the same impact;
respiratory illnesses and skin irritations.

How can we reduce it after becoming aware of the pollution’s harmful effects? People should
use public transportation instead of their cars to reduce air pollution. Avoiding firecrackers at
events and parties can lessen air and noise pollution. However, it may be difficult. Above all, we
need to make recycling a habit. The oceans and land are polluted by the used plastic that finds
its way there. Also, turn off the lights if you’re not using them. The last one is to delete
unnecessary emails. Every email processed uses electricity. This is used not only to run the
computers, servers, and routers, but also to manufacture the equipment. Fossil fuel power
plants use carbon-based fuels like coal, oil, or gas to generate this electricity.

In conclusion, pollution in all its forms is risky and has negative effects. Everyone, from
individuals to entire sectors, must move toward change. Let us all be a better version of
ourselves and help our mother Earth.
