The murder of Sharon tate.

On August 9, Sharon Tate and 3 other guests were

murdered by a cult known as "The Family".
This cult was led by Charles Manson, and was
mostly composed of young women.
Sharon taste was pregnant, and even the child was
brutally murdered, 3 members of the sect and
Charles Manson broke into the house they were
renting and killed everyone present, during the
investigation it was concluded that they had been
tortured before dying.
But the sect was not prosecuted for this case at
first, actually there were not even suspicions that
they were the murderers, the reason they were
prosecuted was "car theft", one of the members of
the sect was arrested and during her stay she gave
information about the murders to her cellmates.
these testimonies were used against Manson and
his group in court, and even today some are still in
jail, but the process took too long, probably
because of poor coordination between police
departments. If only there had been better
coordination between police departments, other
homicides would have been avoided, among their
subsequent murders we can highlight the case of
Labianca, they were tortured and killed as well, but
the only consolation their families received was that
the culprits were in jail.
