Marketing Team to manage all project (Graphic Design) to be more easier to manage.

Request Form & Approval Form — Cut cost of time if every request/revision is detail in brief. It makes
more working life balance.
WHY?
Mismeasured

Every staff outside of sales & marketing department in Bentani hotel who make a request design want
their request done by graphic designer as soon as possible without any understand how many project
that i actually did. They are upset if their project is not finish in a day even though their request urgency
is not classified as an urgent or they think by their self their request is urgent without any discussion
between each of leader.

Effective & Efficient

● Many request of design from another department is not clear information (media, size, price,
description kind of paper etc). It takes a time to find out its information.
● Revision is part by part. It also takes a time to do over create another project of design

Opportunity
1. Effective & efficient of GD's work is making a life balance, healthier of cost and expenses. Those things make us
more productive and happier. GD is also an artist, working by heart.
2. We don't waste the time in not important thing or important thing but not priority thing
3. less to overthinking about what GD/S&M team do
