BY-LAWS

ARTICLE I – Name and Seal/Banner of the Organization

Section 1. This organization shall be known as the MoTourista Pilipinas.

Section 2. Its official logo/seal is attached to this document as ANNEX “A” and will
have inscribed upon it the name of MoTourista and such other appropriate language like a
tagline.
Section 3. MoTourista Pilipinas, shall uphold its advocacy on legislation,
implementation, education, safety, rights, freedom and liberties of a rider and his/her
passenger/pillion/back ride.
Section 4. Unauthorized use or abuse of the name or logo shall be grounds for
dismissal and/or termination of an individual’s membership or the affiliation of a chapter
and/or legal action.

ARTICLE II – Vision-Mission Statement and Declaration of Principles and Objectives

Section 1. Vision: MoTourista as a proponent in the Philippines for promoting local

tourism as a fun and safe destination while advocating for road safety travel
Section 2. Mission: To educate and promote awareness campaigns about local
tourist spots, heritage, establishments etc. and enforcing local and national laws about
motorcycle safety.
Section 3. Principles and Objectives
3.1 – The MoTourista shall institute camaraderie, solidarity and cooperation among its
members and supporters.
3.2 – The MoTourista shall uphold and promote equal rights, freedom, education and safety
for all motorcycle riders.
3.3 – The MoTourista shall promote responsibility and discipline to strengthen each member
in the application of right ideals of conduct and character.
3.4 – The MoTourista shall voice its opinions and statements with diplomacy, logic and
maturity.

ARTICLE III – Membership

Section 1. Membership in the MoTourista Pilipinas, Inc. shall be voluntary and without
regard to motorcycle brand, motorcycle displacement, race, color, sex, religion, age, and
national origin. But needs to meet all the requirements to officially become member.

Section 2. The requirements

2.1 Must possess a valid driver’s license

MoTourista Pilipinas, Inc.

2.2 Must have a motorcycle regardless of any brand and displacement.
2.3 Must filed an application form with his/her picture and attachment of a photocopy of
his/her driver’s license.
2.4 Must have attended an organizational orientation and discussion with a duly appointed
officer or member.

Section 3. Associate Members.

3.1 The associate member of the organization shall consist of anyone who does not own or
does not ride a motorcycle of any type as long as he/she will cooperate to uphold the principles
of the organization.
3.2 Official pillion or back rider can be registered as an associate member.
