** The use of pigments that contain one of the mentioned substances may lead to the detection of restricted arylamines on the finished textile. Please, follow carefully below
application instructions, especially these for the temperature conditions, and contact our Technical Department in case of need for further clarification.
** Combinations of C.I. Pigment Orange 13 or 34 with C.I. Pigment Black 7 should be avoided, as 3.3‘-Dichlorobenzidine can be released with these combinations under the
conditions of the testing method for amines.
The BEZAPRINT range fully complies with the requirements on the limits for impurities or by-products as specified in the MRSL of ZDHC (current version 1.1, December 2015,
refer to www.roadmaptozero.com).
Application information
Recommended maximum concentrations of pigments are around 50 g/kg for colours and 60 g/kg for black, and can also reach 100 g/kg for opaque printing pastes. Temperature
for fixation of the prints should not exceed 180 °C (standard: 150 °C / 5 minutes).
Contact fastness levels depend on a reasonable ratio between concentration of pigment and self-crosslinking binder - the following formula shows a possible example.
Addition of fixing agents could help to intensify crosslinking.
