IRREVOCABLE SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

and appoint _____, likewise of legal age, and resident of _______, to be my own and lawful Attorney-in-
Fact, in an irrevocable manner, coupled with interest, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do
and perform any and all of the foregoing acts and things, namely:

1) To represent, administer and settle all transactions involving ____ car loan before Mitsubishi
and Eastwest Bank, and any other powers and functions incidental thereto;
2) To sell, assign, and dispose of (CAR MODEL, YEAR) covered by ORCR number ________;
3) To receive the proceeds of the sale, either in cash or in check, and to pay expenses for taxes
and expenses that may by agreed upon by the vendee;
4) To do and perform any and all other lawful act and deeds necessary to undertake the
execution and finalization of sale, transfer, or conveyance of the said property, and to carry
out all above-stated purpose;
5) This irrevocable Special Power of Attorney is coupled with interest, being one of the
considerations for _____.

HEREBY IRREVOCABLY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to
be done in and about the premises as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person, with
full power of substitution, and RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall
lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
