The primary cause of diseases is from our lifestyle, nutrition is a big factor affecting your health.
What you eat and what you supply in your body has an effect in the future. This report will
discuss the importance of nutrition and will give knowledge to people what are the common
diseases they can get if they have unhealthy diet and lifestyle. It includes encouragement to
people about how to improve the planning and implementation of nutrition interventions, and
urges everyone to get involved in promoting nutrition not just for themselves but also for the
betterment of the community in which we live. In today’s time, people are reckless regardless of
what they eat and the nutrients they supply in their body. Sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy food
choices results to diseases that can cause harm to the body or even death. The importance of
nutrition and having knowledge of healthy lifestyle is essential for humans to live a longer life.

major causes of death. Many individuals nowadays are unfamiliar with the term chronic
diseases and the most common chronic illnesses. People suffering with chronic
illnesses frequently have to deal with daily symptoms that impair their quality of life, as
well as acute health crises and consequences that can shorten their life expectancy.
