Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a
Resolution dated March 3, 2021 which reads as follows:

"A.C. No. 12937 [Formerly CBD Case No. 10-2705] -

(SAMUEL BATANAN, complainant v. ATTY. ORTILLANO D.
TAN and ATTY. BIEN MARIE G. BOLCAN, respondents). -The
Notice of Resolution 1 dated September 7, 2019 of the Board of
Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The
Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact,
conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating
Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation2 dated
June 14, 2018, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of
Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against
respondents ATTY. ORTILLANO D. TAN and ATTY. BIEN
MARIE G BOLCAN is DISMISSED.

Accordingly, the case 1s considered CLOSED and

TERMINATED.
