Control in Hotels for Travel Agency
I. ABSTRACT
Every business has a daily routine for business processes
that are needed to carry out in the best way without any
failures. Nowadays people are preferring to automate the
processes by utilizing different techniques which involve
machine robots. The strategy of automation of processes
utilizing software that will work like humans and
perform tasks on the computer is named Robotic Process
Automation. Huge processes are done in the latest
business or e-business is performed using computers, so
the data loss due to low performance is avoided. The
various corporate sectors perform inattentive and
repetitive tasks using Robotic Process Automation
instead of making humans perform the task. The
tourism industry is enhancing in recent years so there is
a high demand for advancements in technology that
helps to clear the way for the demand in customers.
Consolidating RPA is useful for companies like hotels,
financial services, airlines, etc. Robotic process
automation may be supportive in avoiding repetitive and
manual processes. The paper deals with the proposed
groundwork for implementing robotic process
automation for inventory control and various process
and in which before it is handled by the humans. The
framework suggested appends the ability to assign the
tasks completed automatically to the team of quality
checking when the agent who is managing inventory
control completes the task. Reassignment of the task is
done when the quality check fails and also gathers the
resilience to define the roles and responsibilities of the
inventory agent, team lead, and the team who checks the
quality (Amandeepsharma & kalpnaGuleria, 2021).

II. INTRODUCTION
Digital transformation applied to robotic process
automation means that the converting jobs of humans with
regards to patterned and repetitive tasks to a computer
process automatically. The term robotic means not a
physical robot but its processing is done inside the computer
which completes the work or the task that is similar to the
task done by the humans. The main aim of robotic process
automation is to make the employees concentrate on
preferential work and tasks done creatively. The company is
influencing the robotic process automation technology to
enhance productivity, particularly in the areas of purchasing,
sales, accounting, and management of employees. The
financial and accounting sectors are adapting RPA
technology by utilizing chatbots to make use of simple
automation of repetitive tasks. The RPA robots are also used
in case of emergency in the medical field such as fixing an
appointment for the doctors, providing tokens, and
scheduling the available time for the outpatients. The
development of RPA in the companies has been enforced to
attain two main enhancements of a large amount of
information and finding of some legal cases. This process
decreases the time and hard work needed to find a large
amount of existing data. RPA is suggested to develop
productivity but most business processes are avoiding it,
particularly in the case of documentation. The automation
focuses on automating business processes to achieve the
effectiveness for time consumption so that the employees
can decrease their spending time with the system of
information making repetitive tasks that include extracting,
moving, and copying a large amount of data and transferring
from a system to another such that the employees can spend
their valuable time to put effort on works that is very
tedious. The robots complete the work done by the workers
faster and also result in a reduced cost of the required
interfaces such as Graphical user interface and application
programming interfaces without altering the base of
information technology. The advantages of RPA are, that it
is easy to execute and programming skills with a heavy core
are not needed. It is a transparent technology so that it does
not disturb the fundamental computer systems. Robotic
Process Automation includes enormous tools that are
managed on the user interface of various computers and are
executed by the employees in a unique fashion. To satisfy
the necessity of business people utilize the concept of
traveling to cover a long distance. RPA is used to develop
the experience of the customer and excellence in operation
by developing cleverness, effectiveness, and performance.
The user interface path tool is utilized to gather the data
from the PDF or Excel form for connecting the matches with
inventory details and the order is processed. This type of
application is used only in small-scale industries but not in
large-scale industries because it is very complex to deal with
a huge number of data (StefanZ.Jovanović, JelenaS.Đurić, &
TatjanaV.Šibalija, 2018).
III. METHODS
The qualitative method is used for learning in which the
logical lens for the context of a theory needs stronger
significance and attentiveness. The main aim of this study is
to acknowledge the influence of RPA in financial and
accounting services to achieve a complete and brief
realization of the problems that are studied. This type of
single case study method makes the researchers recognize
the influence of RPA at various levels of management in
financial and accounting services inside the selected
company. A company from the oil and gas sector is chosen
for a case study based on sampling that is used in qualitative
research to detect and select the data-rich cases. It includes
the detection and selection of companies or individuals that
are efficient and well-versed with the execution of RPA in
that company. The company utilizes Robotic Process
Automation technology and is updated to recent
technological improvements in the market. The investment
in the latest technologies has the possibility to result in
different effects on the employee’s profession and
assignments along with the performance of the company.
RPA can robotize the tasks that are complicated and
repetitive that need the effort manually. The functions of
RPA include the system for enterprise resource planning can
be automatically logged in, the documents are automatically
read to create the sales invoice from the sales orders, verify
the acquired inventory and create adjustments in the
calculation of price, updating figures for accounting
statements and create reports in different formats
(DahliaFernandez & AiniAman, 2018).
Programming of robots can be done by various methods
such as leading and teaching through programming and
textual programming with making use of a computer
workstation. The programming through a lead method
initiates a robot that is controlled to program mode if the
host handles the wrist of the robot and makes to move it to a
designated pathway. The controller of the robot stores the
data that is to be generated. While making the robot move
means the robot will act corresponding to the learned things
that are already taught. Especially the options for editing are
done to adjust the errors that happened during manipulating.
The robots with repetitive path controls will use the joystick.
With the help of the joystick, the robot manipulator axes
will move in various directions to increase or reduce the
speed of the manipulator. The teach pendant programming is
the most familiar method of programming the robots used in
the industries. Text programming is utilized for
programming robots in industries and various languages
have been introduced for visualizing both online and offline.
The software languages of the robot incorporate features
such as branching of programs, subroutines, interruptions,
signaling to the external types of equipment, and so on. The
various languages of the robots comprise HELP utilized in
pram robots, Auto pass in IBM robots, Val in Animation
robots, and Sigla in sigma robots. The other features of the
programming languages are reliability in compiling,
simulating, interpreting, and error correction.
Here we are going to discuss the methods of correction
process automation i.e. CoPA. This method is grounded on
model-Driven Engineering and Domain-specific languages.
The identity of most of the business document correction is
depending on their specific area in there are many editing
programs found such as Word, PowerPoint, and excel.
While improving Cyber-Physical Systems in a particular
domain DSL and MDE were the alternative solutions
utilized to face some problems. In comparison with the
common programming languages, this method offers a
compatible gain to the organization. These two
programming languages are becoming a familiar area of
research in the department of software engineering. In this
method, Microsoft office is a documentation tool used that is
included in the c# language also in the .NET framework.
The method of correction process automation is executed
along with the MSOffice because the source code inside the
c# can be recompiled by the Common language runtime
module in .NET so that the program can be executed easily
without any limitations of the operating system. Hence the
executable file in the .NET is not an original machine
language, but it is an intermediate language that makes the
operating system administer applications of MS Office.
The automated correction used in PowerPoint is progressed
using Basic class Library and API accompanied in Microsoft
Developer Network. The window form applications are also
executed to check the outcomes of CoPA automatically. The
correction done using manpower is quite complex while
comparing the correction using CoPA in which the designers
are required to alter the standards of writing. The correction
process in CoPA is done according to the writing standards.
The process of correction is completely automated which
includes editing and designing. The designer’s work is to
publish the standard for writing. Hence CoPA will decrease
the cost and also time to develop the quality of the
documents. The regular working experience can also be
developed by document with CoPA automation.

The agile method for CoPA is executed by processing every
step accordingly and is speedier than the waterfall method
which is improving procedurally. This method can be
chosen according to the attribute of the running project and
the amount of participation and some of the cases include
Feature Driven Development, Scrum, Dynamic system
development, lean software development, extreme
programming, and Adaptive software development.
Comparing these features Scrum is selected to improve
correction process automation which is the most efficient
and adopted method for managing and developing high-
quality software without relying on project management
method or programming language. In the application of
CoPA, continuous activities of corrections are made with the
automation target according to a specific pattern and it is
implemented after a certain version of the project proposal is
completed. Robotic Process Automation correction activities
include five functionalities of correction they are table of
contents verification, typo verification, table layout
verification, schematic diagram layout verification, and font
standard verification. These correcting features are altering
the violation of context against the writing standards in
which the automated corrections are done for the violation
of designs (YounggeunHyun, JindeukKo, JooyeounLee, &
UriChae, 2021).
The method of research utilized in this research is DSR i.e.
design science research. The involvement in DSR deals with
improvement and approval of the theories, explaining the
details associated with the need for business, in which DSR
accorded with building and enhancing artifacts that are
modified to adapt to a business need. The research seeks to
construct and assess artifacts. The artifacts consist of
building models, methods, and personification. Constructs
give terminology to associate and define problems and
answers. Designs use constructs to describe a fault,
establishing a correlation between constructs. The design
gives supervision on how to clear the errors, with a group of
ordered steps to clear the problem. An abstract is the
execution of models and constructs in a running system
(Pereira, 2019).

For proposing a groundwork for inventory control in the
hotel the online travel agency prefers the Robotic Process
Automation technique by using the following methods.
First, the input of the E-mail is got in the mailbox and then
according to the rules that are made by the approved person,
the E-mail will be transferred to a particular location.
Further processing is carried out by automated power that is
in the designated location. Power automation makes the
workflows automatically which gives developed
productivity in business process automation. The creation of
rules in the outlook is accepted according to different
keywords. The next step is to absorb the data i.e. the
booking information gathered from the scanned emails
suddenly after the automation of email. The gathered
information is utilized by the power applications to
accomplish various tasks such as ticket type, process ID, and
status of the ticket. Finally, the ticket is created and the basic
status of the ticket is set as open.
After this process processing and assignment of the ticket
are done in which the leaders of the team assign the tickets
to various agents. The agents process the received tickets
and alter the status of the ticket from open to work in
progress. These tasks after completed the agents will
forward the tickets for the next tasks. The status is next
changed from work in progress to completion of inventory
load and it is renovated to load completely and the
assignment of the ticket is done after the quality checking
team verifies the quality. When the e-mail is not processed
correctly then a duplication occurs and after that, the ticket
is closed with a reason code. Then the ticket travels to the
quality checking team, also here when it fails to prove the
quality, the ticket will be reassigned by the team leader for
modification. If it passes the quality check then the status of
the ticket is updated as complete with the renewal of the
communication log. The methodology of inventory
management involves regulatory compliances, the process
of payment, virtual assistant, Ticket cancellation, and
renovating the record status of the passenger name
(Amandeepsharma & kalpnaGuleria, 2021).
IV. RESULTS
RPA is applicable that implementing a large number of
processes as excellent service to the customers. A large
number of process reiterations are essential for Robotic
Process Automation solutions to make efficient in case
gaining effectiveness. The results of RPA are admissible
where industries are not completely associated with their
application in business. The automation technique is based
on the software to attain an advantage if the processes
require connecting the systems or distance between the
media. RPA results are probably associated with every area
of business. The investments of the business will result in
high returns. If the team leaders are finding for cost essential
prospective RPA is the best selection to attract the attention
of many customers. The application of RPA results in the
following outcomes as high speed decreased costs, and
decrease in risks of compliance, best service provided for
the customers, saving time, enhance satisfaction of the
workers, high productivity, quality service, and greater
validity. The challenges that are faced in the application of
RPA is an internal objection, the middle and top-level
management lack their support, financial lacking in case of
smaller projects, concerns in security, the resources that are
required to be used for other projects, and the capacity of
RPA projects is reduced.
RPA business analyst is required with a peculiar knowledge
of the separate business processes and also the technologies
of RPA. They were responsible for choosing the appropriate
processes that support RPA. The analyst must require
knowledge in Business Process Management and business
process reengineering. The RPA developer is in control of
designing, developing, documentation, and testing the
robots. He will make sure that the robots are connected with
the software apps and at the time of execution, the
connection between digitalization techniques such as image
recognition software and optical character recognition
engines are checked. The developer also controls the
technical maintenance and future improvements of the
robots. The RPA solution architect maintains the finding
process and convoluted introduction of an RPA solution. In
this work, he defines the complicated specifications of the
infrastructure and gives aggregate support for the RPA
solution. They present arbitration and questions to providers
of RPA. On the whole, they predict the surroundings for
installation by choosing required hardware and suggest
technical level agreements along with safety and access
guidelines. The RPA solution architecture has an
information technology background in which it accords vast
technical experience in the design, description, and
operation of architecture in IT solutions. The companies or
industries usually prefer only one particular RPA tool for the
execution of projects (Dr.MikeSchulze &
Dr.HelgeF.R.Nuhn, 2020).

V. DISCUSSION
The main aim of the experiment is to compute, the
correctness and applicability of the techniques utilized by
the methods. The following are the questions that are to be
answered in this learning.
RQ1- What is the progress and state of research done in
RPA?
The main aim of RPA execution is to discuss the not
attentive and repetitive audit tasks. They describe the
reliability of robotic process automation in the assured
process. For generating more profit for the hotels and online
travel agencies a proposed technique called numerical
studies is introduced. The learning shows that the hotels
must search for various ways to efficiently use the
accessible technology and utilize the various spreading
channels. Various kinds of technologies that are used to
execute regular tasks by hospitals and traveling industries
are discussed in this study. This learning traverses the
impact of accessible technology on tourism and hospitality
companies. The researchers say that the companies are
divided into two so that one division of tasks is done
efficiently by the robots and another task is done by the
human employees. The authors discussed that RPA is a
protruding way to automate the processes of business. The
demonstration of effectiveness in the models by various
processes of business consists of approval of loans and
approval for traveling.
RQ2- How is RPA implemented in business and travel
agencies?
Most of the travel companies are converting towards the
online travel agencies and this produces a large effect on the
tourism department. These online travel agencies are
employed as an intermediate between the customers and the
suppliers. So, implementing Robotic process automation in
these industries makes the efficient data and productivity
within a particular time. The various methods used to define
the relationship between supplier and customer are, a
selection process for the supplier is done and then sharing of
knowledge process is done. The researchers execute RPA
that tackles problems by seeking user interface logs to make
automatically running RPA scripts that automate the regular
tasks. In case of preferring, the methods that are done by
employees will cause some faults and also time-consuming
too. It is identified that the researchers have learned the
technique for how to price system in an online distribution
system optimally. The commission obtained by the online
travel agencies through the advertisements given for the
hotels online is considered a semi-automation process.
The Correction process automation is also implemented that
makes only less errors by expending only fifty percent of
time comparing to the time spent by manpower. CoPA
makes faultless corrections to develop productivity and
efficiency because a quality dictionary that is built in the
Ms.Office is not having the updated words such as
Blockchain, big data, covid, and so on. Hence the correction
process automation technique makes to correct the updated
words. To eliminate this problem, it is required to store the
updated words with a set of data in the inbuilt dictionary of
MS Office before implementing the correction process
automation technique (Devarajan, 2018).
VI. CONCLUSION
Robotic process automation gives and carries over huge
effectiveness for the process of administration. Anyway,
there are many complications and risks that are handled
while implementing the robotic process automation for
administration purposes in process of business. The main
aim of this research is to reward a systematic review with
discussions and accessible solutions in business in the area
of RPA. The automation technique uses the software
applications doing works by replacing humans during the
occurrence of routine or tedious tasks which can be
controlled by the machines. Robotic Process Automation
utilizes the package of software and different methodologies
that is able to have the updated technologies in connection
with the artificial intelligence, detecting voice, linguistic
communication, and machine learning techniques that need
automation for the level in the future. These methodologies
form a necessity for incorporating many industries that like
to fetch their business according to the journey of
transformation.
Robotic process automation is renamed as CoPA i.e.
correction process automation with many facilities
consisting of a table of contents, font style, and schematic
diagram verification are executed and described to resolve
the correction errors in the project proposals. The outcomes
that are received numerically through correction process
automation are collated in terms of evaluating efficiency, the
productivity of a business, and the quality of documents
done in the documentation process. The study completely
describes the methods used to implement the technique of
robotic process automation technology in an online travel
agency in hotels to monitor the ticket assignment, and
activation and also provide accommodation for the
customers who are in need of travelling to develop their
business process. The execution of the suggested solution
will decreases the time for processing, manpower, amount
and also errors caused by the human employers. The
proposed model will make the tedious task run easily and
perform accurately (Houy, Maarten, & Peter, 2019).
