8. COMMERCIAL RENT
8.1
The vendor shall be required to pay LLCHS a monthly rent for utilizing the space for
the EVCS. This rent will be calculated in form of two
components:
8.1.1 Fixed minimum rent: This will be a monthly rent paid every month to the society for

9. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
9.1 In submitting the bids the vendor agrees that acceptance of any bid by LLCHS
