1. Learning Outcomes:
            M3.12. Write straightforward, detailed descriptions on a range of familiar subjects within his field
of interest the introductory format of essay writing. (B1)

2.  Explicit Knowledge:

An opinion essay is where a writer shares a clearly formed opinion backed by research, logic, and
anecdotal evidence. The purpose of an opinion essay is to clearly articulate a position, often in
response to a question. It's a writer's way of demonstrating both what they think and why they
think it.

3.  Core Concept:


The students will do the second step in the writing process which is the drafting, in this part the
students will create a paragraph using the pre-writing that they made.

4.  Learning Objectives:

1. Students will be able to draft an essay using the concepts they came up with during the
brainstorming exercise (K)
2. Students will be able to create a draft of their essay that is up to 2-3 paragraphs. (P)
3.   Students will be capable of being responsible and submitting their work on time. (A)

7.   Teaching Procedures:    
  Introduction 10 minutes 
1. Students will read through the writing tips again with the class.
2. Make sure the students understand what to do.

            Presentation 35 minutes 
1. The teacher will explain the definition of an essay, its various types, and how to write an
opinion essay.
2. Let the students review their pre writing activity.
3. The teacher will explain to the students what they need to know in order to write the drafting.
4. Let them write their own draft.

Conclusion 5 minutes  
1. The teacher will guide the students as they write.
2. Submit their work for re checking.
