GUIDELINES FOR CLASS XI ENTRANCE EXAM

SUNDAY, 5th FEBRUARY 2023

1. Entrance exam will be based on Class X CBSE Curriculum.

2. Kindly carry the print out of the Entrance Exam Admit Card. Candidates are NOT ALLOWED without Admit
Card.

3. The Entrance Examination is scheduled on Sunday, 5th February 2023

Timings Stream
8.30 am – 11.30 am Science
1.00 pm – 4.00 pm Commerce & Humanities

4. Candidates are allowed inside the campus from 8.00 am and Last entry time is 8.30 am for Science Stream
(Exam Time: 8.30 am – 11.30 am)

5. Candidates are allowed inside the campus from 12.30 pm and Last entry time is 1.00 pm for Commerce and
Humanities Stream. (Exam Time: 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm)

6. Entrance Exam Room Number allotment details will be sent through SMS to the Primary Contact &
Secondary Contact Mobile Number on Saturday, 4th Feb 2023.

7. Candidates are requested to bring BLUE / BLACK BALL POINT PEN.

8. Vehicles are not allowed inside the campus. Kindly reach on time to avoid delays and traffic congestion.

9. Digital Watches, Mobiles, Electronic gadgets of any kind and whitener are strictly prohibited inside the
Examination Hall. Hence candidates are requested to hand them over to parents/guardian before entering the
campus.

10. Entrance Exam Results will be informed through our school website www.amsporps.org on Friday, 10 th
Feb 2023. Proforma fee structure details for the selected students will be sent to the primary contact email
id.
