DISBURSING THE AMOUNT OF FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND

FOUR HUNDRED ONE AND SIXTY-EIGHT HUNDREDTHS
(44,401.68) AS PAYMENT TO THE SK FEDERATION-
MANDAUE CITY ANNUAL DUES

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as

Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, establishes reforms
in the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) creating enabling mechanisms
and support systems that will ensure the meaningful participation
of the youth in local governance and nation-building;

WHEREAS, paragraph (b), Section 20 of Republic

Act No. 10742 provides that all Sangguniang Kabataan shall have
financial independence in its operations, disbursements and
encashment of their fund, income and expenditures;

WHEREAS, Section 3 of Article XI of the Constitution and

by-Laws of Sangguniang Kabataan of Cebu Province provides
that two percent (2%) of the Annual SK Funds in every barangay
shall be appropriated for annual dues payable to the respective
SK Federation;
 WHEREAS, the payment of the annual dues should be made through the
following bank details:

Bank Name : Landbank of the Philippines – Centro Branch

Account Name : PPSK-Mandaue
Account Number : 2932 100617

WHEREAS, the 2% Annual Dues shall be used to defray expenses of the SK

Federation arising from its programs, projects and activities subject to usual government
accounting and auditing;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY

THE MEMBERS OF THE SK MAGUIKAY, to disburse the amount of Php 44,401.68 as
payment to the SK Federation-Mandaue City Annual Dues.

Adopted this 8th day of October 2022 in Barangay Maguikay, Mandaue City,
Cebu.
