Eligibility & Compensation
● Eligible Batch: 2024 (B.Tech/M.Tech - CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Systems)
● CGPA: 7 and above
● Compensation Details:
○ Internship For 1 Year: Stipend- INR 40K per month
○ Once converted Total Target CTC with ESOPs: INR 35.7 Lacs

Detailed breakup if and when absorbed as full-time employee basis performance

○ Fixed Salary: INR 14 Lacs per annum
○ Variable Salary: INR 1.4 Lacs per annum (10% of Fixed)
○ Total ESOPs: 4748 Units worth INR 19.3 Lacs
○ One-time INR 30,000 for Mobile Handset
○ One-time INR 10,000 for Home Workstation Furniture
○ INR 3,000 Per month for phone & broadband (Up to 36K PA actual bills)
○ INR 2,000 Per Month for Gym & Fitness Centers (Up to 24K PA actual bills)

**You will receive 4748 Employee Stock Options in Hike Global Pte. Ltd. with vesting spread over
four years.

Open Role
We are looking for young engineering talent to join us as Software Development Engineers -
Game Development interns for 1 Year after completion. Based on their performance, they will be
converted to Full Time Employees.

Location: Full Time, Remote (Flexibility to work from anywhere in IST time zone)

Evaluation process
● Online HackerRank Assignment (60 to 90 Mins)
● Hangout Interviews (45-60 minutes each)
● DS & Algorithms, OOPS Concepts
● Basic Multithreading & Synchronization
● Hike Code & Culture Round
● All rounds are elimination rounds unless mentioned.

SDE - Game Developer - Unity

Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻
● Strong learning attitude
● Strong Object Oriented design and architecture skills
● A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures,
algorithms and software design
● Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
● Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
● Ability to design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems
● Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
● Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software
● Knowledge of C# / Unity engine is a plus
● Native mobile development experience, Apple Xcode & Android Studio is a plus
● Excellent communication skills – particularly the ability to discuss timelines, design
concerns, and provide helpful feedback to team members

You will 📲
● Define, architect, & develop core Gaming components in Unity and C#
● Develop, innovate & integrate new technologies and tools (working with content teams)
● Optimize code & memory for high performance on multiple mobile platforms
● Simulate and test code and algorithms to ensure stability within a global game economy
● Scope out tasks and systems, looking for future improvements
● Collab with other engineers in core language and technology struggles
● You must be able to write coherent, organized code and be comfortable working on a
complicated code-base
