Description of the Project, Strategies and Methods (NSTP-CWTS-LC2)

Description of the Project:
- The Clean Up Drive Project aims to foresee future goals that will help the environment
to have a healthy and peace place. Cleaning various places in the society (ex. Barangays)
as one of the proponents of the said program to be able to help the people on cleaning
their community.
- The program is to be done once a week for five consecutive weeks that lasts for three to
four hours per sessions based on the proponents given. Added to that is there will be a
collection of waste such as plastic bottles and other recyclable materials that are reliable and
will be use to sell it and give funds to the project as per the proponents of it. The collection of
recyclable materials that will be funded in the project will go to different barangays wherein
there will be an implementation of garbage disposals and cleaning materials.
- This helps the people on the community to nurture and be more aware of the possible
effects of not taking care of the nature. This will not only benefits the program but it will
benefit them also.
Methods:
Clean Up Drive, Collecting Recyclable Materials to Achieve One’s Goal of
Having a Healthy and Clean Environment
- Every member of our team has different responsibilities on taking part of the program.
A part where they will organize the materials needed for the project. A team that will
communicate various places where the project will put onto. A person who will handle the
funds and the collection of data (documentations, request papers, etc.). Collection of wastes
(such as plastic bottles, recyclable materials and other usable waste) that can be sell and will
be added to the funds of the project wherein the funds will be used in future projects.
Strategies:
Discipline
- Every member should possess this kind of strategy. First it will come to the leaders or
facilitators who will guide what the members should do to avoid possible problems and issues. Knowing
what is right and wrong gives the idea of having a successful outcome of the project. Second is the
application of the given work on the members and how can they do things efficiently and productively to
see the performance and the willingness of every member of the program. Everything will come to an
order and will have a great effect on the group, the project itself and to the society or the environment.
Cooperation
- One of the most important aspects of building a project. Through cooperation, we see things
clearly and understands what are the possible steps and practices on ensuring a better implementation of
activities that will be done in a certain place. One of the keys wherein confidence will be nurtured among
members of a group and learn to socialize to give their better ideas and communicating effectively.
Through this type of strategy, there will be less problems and good planning is most likely to be seen in
building a project or making goals and objectives.

The Act of Willingness

- This type of strategy is what we need in order to see the importance the work. Willingness to do
something will help not just one member or person, but also helps on clearing out boundaries on having a
successful project. Giving your full potential, admiration and dedication to what assigned work given to
you will bring out your skills and be more inspired on doing any work given to you. Experiences will be
remembered but the work you have done with dedication gives you and idea that you have done things
without anything give to you but it comes from the heart.
