EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE

OF THE LATE RAMON G. GOOCO

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extra-Judicial Settlement of the estate of the Late RAMON G.

GOOCO, made and entered into by and among:

EVELYN M. GOOCO, widow, of legal age, Filipino citizen,

with residence at 7383 P. Burgos St., San Dionisio, Parañaque
City;

PAULO M. GOOCO, married to JUNNABEL P. DE CASTRO-

GOOCO, both of of legal ages, Filipino citizens, with residence
at 7383 P. Burgos St., San Dionisio, Parañaque City; and

MARIA LUISA M. GOOCO, single, of legal age, Filipino

citizen, with residence at 7383 P. Burgos St., San Dionisio,
Parañaque City.

W I T N E S S E T H: That

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the compulsory heirs of the

deceased1 RAMON G. GOOCO who died on 29 June 2015 at 7383 P. Burgos
St., San Dionisio, Parañaque City.

WHEREAS, the deceased is survived by his lawful spouse, EVELYN

M. GOOCO, and their two (2) legitimate children, whose names are indicated
above;

WHEREAS, the deceased died intestate; and to do the best of the

knowledge and information of the parties herein, the deceased RAMON G.
GOOCO passed away without leaving any debts whatsoever;

WHEREAS, the deceased during his lifetime left a parcel of land, being
the deceased’s exclusive property, as his share in the inheritance from his
deceased father,2 and having brought the same to the marriage as his own. 3
Said real property located P. Burgos Street, Parañaque City, Metro Manila,
with existing improvements thereon, with a total area of One Hundred Nine
(109) Square Meters, more or less, and is covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title (TCT) No. 174620 with the Registry of Deeds for the Parañaque City,
which is more particularly described hereunder:

ONE HUNDRED NINE (109) SQ. METERS, more or less. All
points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground
by PS. cyl. conc. mons., 15x40 cms. except pt. 2 & 3 by Old PS. cyl.
conc. mons., 15 x 60 cms., bearings true; date of orig. survey, Cad-
299, Parañaque Cadastre, that of the subd. survey, June 26, 2005 and
approved on Nov. 23, 2005.”

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the

Revised Rules of Court, upon agreement of all heirs of the deceased RAMON
G. GOOCO named above, do hereby freely and voluntarily agreed among
themselves TO SETTLE, PARTITION AND ADJUDICATE, and by these
presents, HAVE SETTLED, PARTITIONED AND ADJUDICATED unto
and among themselves the aforementioned real property aforedescribed in
the following manner, to wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF ALL THE

FOREGOING PREMISES, all the parties hereto freely and voluntarily accept
their respective shares from the inheritance of the intestate estate of RAMON
G. GOOCO

exclusive property of the decedent brought into the marriage prior to the effectivity
of the Family Code, the spouse shares as that of each of the children pursuant to
Article 996 of the New Civil Code of the Philippines.
