This Deed of Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into
on this day October 25, 2022

BETWEEN THE SENDER AND RECEIVER FOR THE DISPENSATION OF FUNDS WORTH $100M

HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “THE RECEIVER / BENEFICIARY”

The sender begins with the agreement based on the total face value of funds with respect to
the current price of BTC
As to be entered in this deed of agreement the sender and receiver must come to a final
decision.
Sender must have fully informed the receiver procedure.
Assuming that little or no information is being passed to the receiver the funds will be
transferred via a broker wallet, then the receiver takes the sole effort to make the
withdrawal of the funds from the broker to his or her BTC wallet.

ACCOUNT WITH THE MINIMUM OF 14 Ethereum himself to make his withdrawal
transaction successful

WITHDRAWAL METHOD: BTC Transfer to Receiving Account

NB: Coinsutrawallet is an ethereum based crypto bank which means there must be an
active deposit of ethereum for a successful withdrawal transactions so there for the
ethereum deposited by the receiver is never a fee and can be withdrawn back to the
receiver external ETH account at any given time.

PROCEDURES:
1. Sender and receiver must come to a close conclusion of the total face value of $100M BTC once
this is agreed, the sender passes the link for the receiver to create the coinsutrawallet.com
2. After this Receivers must now submit his Coinsutra BTC wallet address for the first tranche
proceedings.
3. It is now agreed above that the first tranche is $2 Million worth of BTC, being that the receiver
has sent his Coinsutra BTC wallet address,the sender begins the with the transaction of $2 Million Worth
of BTC TO THE RECEIVER’S COINSUTRA BTC WALLET.
4. ONCE this has been confirmed in the receiver’s Coinsutra BTC wallet,the receiver must withdraw
the funds from his Coinsutra BTC wallet to his verified external BTC Wallet address. Note: Any verified
Coinbase, Binance or Blockchain can be used to confirm this process thus, account funds are being
withdrawn to must belong to the receiver!
5. RATIO AS WRITTEN BOLDLY IS 50/50 EACH TRANCHE.
6. After the withdrawals, the sender provides any verified Coinbase, Binance or Blockchain Wallet
address for dispensation of withdrawal / payout in BTC
7. After the successful first tranche,the second tranche can now begin

 All negotiations terms and conditions are between the principle Parties and their perspective legal
counsel only! Both principle Parties are responsible for the ramification of their own actions. All
Consultants are considered introducers and held harmless from any legal actions brought on by
either party.

Parties to this Agreement are Independent Contractors and all contemplated payments and/or
disbursements hereunder are divided interests. Nothing in this Agreement construes or creates a
partnership or employer/employee relationship between or among the Parties hereto.

All taxes, federal, state or other are the independent responsibility of each of the Parties hereto.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: “FUNDS ARE CLEAN AND CLEAR, OF NON-CRIMINALORIGIN AND ARE PAYABLE
IN BTC TO SENDER’S BTC WALLET

I HEREBY AGREE TO THE ABOVE JURISDICTION AND STATE OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES.

PROVISIONS OF THIS CONTRACT. AS APPLICABLE, THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE:
1. INCORPORATE U.S. PUBLIC LAW 106-229, “ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT”
OR SUCH OTHER APPLICABLE LAW CONFORMING TO UNCITRAL MODEL LAW ON ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES (2001) AND

2. ELECTRONIC COMMERCE AGREEMENT (ECE/ TRADE/257, GENEVA, MAY 2000) ADOPTED BY THE UNITED NATIONS
CENTRE FOR TRADE FACILITATION AND ELECTRONIC BUSINESS (UN/CEFACT).

3. EDT DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO EUROPEAN COMMUNITY DIRECTIVE NO. 95/46/EEC, AS APPLICABLE.
EITHER
PARTY MAY REQUEST HARD COPY OF ANY DOCUMENT THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY TRANSMITTED BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
PROVIDED HOWEVER, THAT ANY SUCH REQUEST SHALL IN NO MANNER DELAY THE PARTIES FROM PERFORMING THEIR
RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS AND DUTIES UNDER EDT INSTRUMENTS.
