LEARNING ACTIVITY SHEET No.1
THE SCIENTIFIC PROBLEM
o ACTIVITIES
A. Group presentation of study proposal
B. Question about the Project Proposal Presentation
Q1. What is the study all about? Is it Scientific or non-scientific? Why?
The study is all about utilizing the potential of Amorseco grass as a raw
material in papermaking. It is scientific since the question and process can be
addressed by experimentation or observation and the application of science
methods.
To researchers. This study will enhance their analytical skills, strategy and
knowledge in engaging research. This study will also lease the potential
utilization of Amorseco Grass (Chrysopogon Aciculatus) as raw material in
paper production.
To future researchers. This study will help the future researchers to have
an idea and serve as their guide in making their first research. The
researchers’ paper will act as their related studies in development of
Amorseco Grass (Chrysopogon Aciculatus) as raw material in paper
o REFLECTION
As I completed the learning activities, it allowed me to go over our
research topic again in preparation for our upcoming defense. This is very
helpful in understanding why and how we came up with this study. As I answered
those questions, I realized that there are several questions that a researcher
should be familiar with when writing a research paper, and there are still some
areas that I need to learn about while conducting a study. The research subject
will determine how much time, effort, and money the researchers devote to this
journey. Throughout this journey, I realized how important it is to choose the
research topic we would work on at any given time with care. There are many
factors to consider when selecting a research subject, including selecting one
aspect of the issue that is not too broad to study, as well as time and location,
with the smaller the field of investigation, the narrower the emphasis, and the
availability of resources to use, as well as the importance of the topic to the
group and to you as a researcher.
