September 25, 2021 – The Office of the Student Affairs received a report from an anonymous student
regarding alarming concerns on alleged posts of Ms. Astillero on Twitter. According to the reporting
person, he/she found the posts offensive and unfair to the office concerned.

The office was furnished of the screenshots of the alleged Twitter posts done by Ms. Astillero.

Also, it has been reported that there were incidents like this before that happened prior to this
significant concern at hand.

According to the reporting persons, they were anxious when Ms. Astillero created the said movement
without their consent.

Action(s) taken prior to referral:

October 1, 2021 – Ms. Astillero was called for a virtual conference to inform her of the Disciplinary
Report filed against her.

The parent was informed about the disciplinary referral for Ms. Astillero.
