INTRODUCTION

Praise to God we pray to Allah SWT. Which we can draw up a report group activities Meeting with
good grade.
This report was prepared based on the results of the implementation of the activities that have been
set by the class committee meeting activities at SMK 3 Kayuagung. for the report presents the
activities of the class meeting. The pattern of presentation in this report are adjusted to the
circumstances existing. Therefore, this report can provide the results of the race meeting classroom
activities.
On this occasion we would like to thank:

1. our parents who have provided encouragement and motivation so that we can properly prepare
this report.
2 Master mentors as well as the race committee that has been guiding and encouraging the
implementation of activities.
3 Principals SMKN 3 Kayuagung which has facilitated and provide facilities and infrastructure in
the course of the class meeting activities SMKN 3 Kayuagung.

INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND A.
Celebration activities SMK 3 Kayuagung class meeting is always held every year after the UAS,
implemented as a container creations development of students in the field of sports activity was
held on 16-18 September 2014
             To account for the implementation of activities that have been carried out, the committee
will need to develop reports. Besides meeting report implementation activities in class XI can be
used as a reference or referral activities subsequent activities.
B. PURPOSE
This objective explains the process of implementing the results achieved and the funds are used in
this class meetings, as well as the obstacles encountered in the implementation process.

CHAPTER II
IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

Activities take place from November 16 - 18 September 2014 Chess activities, Futsal, held on May

BARRIERS
In the implementation there are some obstacles. The barriers include lack of coordination among
implementers, so there was a slight delay in the implementation of the chess competition. Likewise
kurangannya communication between the jury that race the race announcement. Another obstacle is
the delay in the opening of a sporting event that is not ended in conflict resulted in the activities as
planned by the committee.

A. CONCLUSION
Class meeting celebration activities in 2013 can be implemented smoothly.
B. ADVICE
To facilitate activities in need of communication and coordination among fellow committee. This
activity should be done every year this is to increase the students' interests and talents. School as a
place of talent development and creativity of the students. therefore the judges and the contestants
must communicate and coordinate activities between Trustees and attendees up activities can be
