SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, DONALD ROA PLAZA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Davao City, by these presents
hereby name, constitute, and appoint XYZ, likewise of legal age, Filipino and resident of Davao City,, to
be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my own use and
benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To get, claim, retrieve, and receive the Cash Bail Bonds with Official Receipt Nos. 12345 and 123445,
of the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court in Davao City in the amounts of Sixty
Thousand Pesos, (Php 60,000.00), and Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 60,000.00), respectively, in
Criminal Case No. R-DVO-20-123445-CR entitled People of the Philippines vs. DONALD ROA PLAZA
with Branch 17, Regional Trial Court Davao City;

2. To acknowledge receipt of such payment made by the Office of the Clerk of Court of the Regional
Trial Court of Davao City;

3. To sign, execute, deliver, process, facilitate, and receive any and all documents pertaining to the
above-mentioned transaction and any other legal documents that may be required; and

4. To do all other acts necessary for the attainment and accomplishment of the above-mentioned
transaction.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
execute and perform all and every act and thing necessary to render effective the power to represent as
though I myself have so performed it.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that the Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done by virtue of these presents.
