SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MICKEY MOUSE, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Phase 1 Block 1, Lot 1, Davao City,
Philippines, do hereby name and appoint MINNIE MOUSE, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident of Davao City, Philippines to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, in my name and
my behalf, to do and perform all or any of the following acts/special powers relative to the filing of
criminal complaint of one (1) count of ONLINE LIBEL as provided under Section 4 (c) (4) of Republic
Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012) against Donald Duck, to wit:

To sign and execute the proper verification and/or certification of non-forum shopping on any
and all Pleadings and Motions to be filed before the Office of the City Prosecutor of Davao City, the
Office of the Regional Prosecutor, Office of the Secretary of Justice, and/or the proper court/s, in
connection with the criminal complaints or subsequently, of the criminal information/s that may be
filed against Donald Duck;

To enter into an amicable settlement as to the civil aspect of the criminal cases that may be
filed against Donald Duck, and to sign the necessary compromise agreements, and other documents
relative thereto;

To appear and represent me before the proper court/s or offices in relation to the
abovementioned criminal complaint/case;

Further, my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT is hereby expressly authorized and empowered to

delegate to any person, who may exercise in her stead, any or all the powers and authority herein
granted to her or substitute any person to her place to do and perform for me the said powers and
authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
execute and perform all and every act and thing necessary to render effective the power to represent
as though I myself have so performed it.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that the Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
