• A valid copy of your ID.
• Updated bank statement(s) showing proof
of payment for the 5% down deposit -Kindly
note that this payment must be done on the
day of the auction.
• Proof of payment for the legal fees, which is
due after the loan approval stage.
Note that DFC offers financing (95% of purchase
price) subject to you qualifying for the proposed
loan. Thus, you are welcome to visit any of our
DFC office nearest you to assess your repayment
capacity.

and the remaining 90% must be paid within two (2)

institution, you will need to forward a loan approval
letter from the bank.
• If you are not seeking financing from a Lending
Institution, you must provide evidence that purchase
price can be met by providing a Bank Statement or
any form of document stating that monies are readily
available to purchase.
