It is winter morning, first day of the new year, fresh and lively.
Henry is full of energy and excitement for the new year ahead.
The family performing all the daily tasks with the best versions
of themselves.
Henry did his morning routine exercises, breakfast, book
reading etc. in the best possible way!
Henry is still figuring out the question his mom asked the last
night, “Henry what will be your new year's resolution?”
Henry’s mom was going through the news on her mobile phone
as they were having breakfast.
Suddenly, Henry’s mom comes across strange news on
children’s mental health.
She quickly opens the link to research the topic.
“Excessive use of mobile phones can cause interference in
child’s brain growth.”
She just recalled how Henry would spend hours on the mobile
phones with his favorite game.
She realized that Henry was also addicted to mobile phones as
the other kids are these days.
She started researching the topic intensively, and understood
how the side effects of mobile phones were affecting Henry!
Soon Henry popped up asking about her new year's resolution for
the new year ahead.
Henry’s mom was determined to stop the side effects going in
her head, “My new year resolution is to make sure you use mobile
phones as minimum as possible.”
Henry was shocked to see how strictly his mom reacted to his
question, he could sense something not good.
Soon Henry’s mother started researching more on her resolution.
She planned a strategy to take Henry to a conference on child’s
mental health.
They attended the conference, where they explained some
serious consequences of using mobile phones for kids.
The list included :
1. Reducing the IQ level and causing short-term memory,
2. How the brain cells stop growing due to radiations emitted from
the cell phones,
3. How the kid will be totally dependent on mobile phones,
4. Disturbance in sleep patterns, behavioral change, and serious
neurological problems.

Henry was shocked to see how his little activities will result in
something so serious.
The narrator then explained how exercises can help the kids to
boost their brain functions by providing enough oxygen to the
brain.
Many experts believe a routine exercise is a powerful tool in
treating anxiety and mood disorders.
It improves your focus and concentration,
It promotes the growth of new brain cells,
It protects your brain from aging and neurodegenerative diseases.
Henry understood why his mom was so much concerned about
this.
He stopped his habit of using mobile phones as much as possible.
He started reading his favorite books, playing with his friends,
spending time exercising with his mom, helping the family in their
work and doing some innovative crafts, etc.
Henry’s mother was happy to see him change his habits and
become more disciplined in life.
