RELEASE WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

I, JOHN NICHOLO ZACHARIAS, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of 10 Premiere Court
1, Zuzuaregui St., Barangay Old Capitol Site, Quezon City, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. That by these presents, I hereby state that I voluntarily release, waive, and quit any
claim that I may have against Property of Friends, Inc., its Board of Directors, officers,
and employees, in relation to my purchase and subsequent refund of the following
property:

2. That I hereby acknowledge the receipt of the check amounting to THREE HUNDRED
FORTY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php349,450.00) being the full
refund of my claims;

3. That I hereby declare that I have no further claims whatsoever against Property of
Friends, Inc., its Board of Directors, Officers, and Employees and that I hereby release
and forever discharge all of them from any and all claims, demands, cause of action of
whatever nature arising out of my refund;

4. I further agree that this RELEASE, WAIVER, AND QUITCLAIM may be pleaded in bar to
any suit or proceeding to which either I, or my heirs and assigns, may have against
Property of Friends, Inc., in connection with my purchase of the subject property and
subsequent refund, and that the payment I have received as provided herein should not
in any way be construed as an admission of liability on the part of Property of Friends,
Inc., and is voluntarily accepted by me and will, if need be, serve as full and final
settlements of whatever claims or cause of action, which I may have against Property of
Friends, Inc.
