B. Objective After going through this module, you are expected
to present tool to create a multimedia presentation
with text embedded with audio.
1. Motivation
Adding audio in the presentation helps the presentation attractive as well as interesting. Any presentation
needs to be easily understood by the audience who is watching it. Sounds is the most sensuous element of multimedia.
Holding the interest of the viewers is the main task for the person presenting the presentation. Therefore, adding audio
in a presentation will help to spice up the presentation.

How to create a multimedia presentation with audio
1. In Normal view, click the slide that you want to add a sound to.
2. On the Insert tab, in the Media group, click the arrow under Audio.
3. In the list, click Audio from file or Clip Art audio, locate and select the audio clip that you want, and then click
Insert.

Presenters nowadays want to add audio segments to their slides to enhance the impact on their presentations.
Adding sound can add interest to the presentation. To create a multimedia presentation with audio, first click the
slide that you want to add a sound to. Second, on the insert tab, in the Media group, click the arrow under audio. In
the list, click audio from file or clip audio, locate and select the audio clip that you want, and then click Insert.
