▪ Persons or organizations that purchase materials from suppliers for products and services
▪ Manufacturers who purchase raw materials needed for production.

Sellers are:

▪ Persons who offer things to buyers in return for something which most of the time is money
. ▪ Persons or groups of persons who transfer goods and services to the buyers in exchange
for money
. ▪ Vendors, creditors, dealers, merchants, and suppliers who dispose of things in return for
money.

Duties of a Seller
