 Being prepared and aware to calamities are among the greatest practices
I've learned from other communities.
2. Based on your sharing, how would you improve the DRRM practices in your
community?
 Conducting seminars and free demonstration will help improve the
Disaster Preparedness practices of the community.
3. How does COVID-19 pandemic affect the disaster preparedness practices of the
communities?
 As a result of COVID-19, the government's response is delayed, and the
country's economy suffers, making residents irresponsible and unprepared
to follow the tight regulations. Furthermore, it had an impact on the towns'
emergency preparedness methods.

Give the importance of creating a disaster preparedness plan in your own home. Write
your 5sentence answer in a separate sheet of paper.
- When a disaster occurs, property, the environment, and human life are all
expected to be badly destroyed. Normally, the government will respond
promptly and aid impacted residents, but these efforts will not be sufficient
to avert further harm. Developing a disaster preparedness strategy is
critical for supporting people in evacuating securely and promptly. Being
prepared and vigilant can also aid in the reduction of trauma, anxiety, and
the loss of human life. Individuals and communities must be prepared for a
calamity.
