DESIGNER’S STATEMENT
We certify that:
(a) The design of the Permanent Works, as illustrated and described in the documents scheduled in
Section A above, complies with the Employer's Requirements, local regulations and standards,
and the Contractor’s Technical Proposals ;
(b) An in-house design check has been undertaken and completed to confirm the completeness,
adequacy and validity of the design of the Permanent Works as illustrated and described in the
documents scheduled in Section A above ;
(c) All necessary and required approvals relating to the design of the Permanent Works, as
illustrated and described in the documents scheduled in Section A above, have been obtained
and copies of such approvals are annexed in Section C above ;
(d) All effects of the design comprising the submission on the design of adjacent or other parts of the
Works have been fully taken into account in the design of those parts.
